Just like any young adult of her generation, she confesses to being an addict to chocolates. Whenever she wants and craves for it, she allows herself to indulge in those sinful sweets. 1. Running - This Vanessa does with her mom or with her co-actress Ashley Tisdale. Running is very effective in keeping Vanessa's figure, particularly that she eats chocolates. Running burns her calories while enhancing her heart condition. Besides that, Hudgens believes that running helps her to stay young.
